A Perspective On Beating The Diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder

Due to an epidemic of over-diagnoses of the trendy entity of bipolar disorder many people are concerned about how to avoid being catastrophically misdiagnosed with this disorder. Although the American psychiatrists insist this disorder, and their other diagnoses are the result of structural defects in the brain which cause chemical imbalances and that a lifetime of treatment with their toxic interventions is mandatory for people diagnosed with bipolar disorder and other mental disorders such as schizophrenia, growing schools of thought in the anti-psychiatry movement have learned that there are actually no biological markers for the diagnoses of these disorders. Therefore from a scientific perspective these disorders do not actually exist. And so one manner in which to fight the greedy and unethical Psychiatric Industry of Death which will hit anyone it can with such catastrophic diagnoses whenever possible for the large profits involved is to learn about what the psychiatrists say such disorders consist of. Than although many people will assert it is their democratic right to do what they please in the USA and other nations as long as they are not in violation of the law, when it becomes clear in our flawed and abusive systems that does not matter when dealing with psychiatrists who have no respect for democratic freedoms, it becomes wise to simply decide to curtail your own lifestyle interests in such manners as to avoid being ruined by psychiatrists and the Justice Departments whom they work with. Following therefore is a list of the major symptoms which the psychiatrists associate with bipolar disorder and suggestions on how to avoid being hit with allegations of bipolar disorder by the psychiatrists, and the police. 1) Dressing In Clothing of Unusual Colors and Combinations-Well, you should therefore try to dress as conservatively as possible and keep in mind the colors and color combinations of your clothing. 2) Public Nudity-Than please try to keep the sensitivies of others in mind in dealing with public nudity and although the sunny skies and fresh air of beautiful places like Waikiki Beach in Hawaii may make you feel like stripping down naked, try to control these urges and keep your nudity for private interests only. 3) Threats against the lives of VIPs– Well, clearly literal threats against anyone’s life are illegal. So if you get upset and say something which could be considered a threat against a VIP or another person please make it clear you did not mean anything by this and apologize if necessary even if you really do not like the person. Obviously it is never justified to steal someone elses one life in this world simply because you may not like them. Furthermore, if you feel a VIP or other person is in themselves a criminal and deserves to be met with something as extreme as the death sentence you are on a suicide mission which will also hurt your loved ones if you try to take the law into your own hands. 4) Elevated or expansive mood-It is suggested you do not show too much excitement about anything much in life and that you stay away from caffeine, too much sugar, and illicit drugs such as cocaine which can excite you, while also learning relaxation techniques such as meditation and exercising often to help you relax. 5) Accelerated speech-It is suggested you simply learn to speak slowly. Take a public speaking course if you feel this will help. 6) Agitation-It is suggested you learn to relax more and take herbal remedies which are safe and effective such as valerian and chamomile to help you relax. 7) Racing thoughts-It is suggested  that you stay away from all substances such as caffeine and cocaine which can cause your thoughts to race, learn relaxation techniques such as meditation, place a priority on sleeping well at night, and use herbal remedies for relaxation such as valerian and chamomile. 8) Increased activity-It is suggested you simply learn to take life slower whenever possible. 9) Grandiose ideas-It is suggested you simply be very careful about the ideas you share with people and if you are a story writer make certain grandiose ideas are labelled as fiction. Come to accept and realize that success in life, even financially, does not have to be equated with a lot of power and control of others. Try to search for happiness doing what you can for yourself and your family for a start. Do not try to conquer the world with your ideas! 10) Reckless behavior/Overspending-It is suggested you simply try to enjoy the simple and important things in life such as your family and friends and be careful with your other interests. Furthermore, in an era of limited resources and financial upheaval you will have to watch what you spend your money on. If you are nevertheless still in financial trouble and going into debt even when you are careful about what you spend your money on it is hoped wealthier people who may be able to help you will pick up that the problem is not psychiatric! 11) Hasty decisions such as job resignatons and hasty marriages– It is suggested that you be careful about quiting a job. Try to get good advice before doing so and try to make certain your reasons are good for quiting and that you do not need the income from the job for you and your family. And be careful about marriage. Get to know your spouse and make certain you share important interests such as raising kids, eating together, taking walks together, and more. Intense sexual encounters which can in themselves be dangerous are not a good enough reason alone for marriage. 12) Impaired judgement-It is suggested you understand that in this ever more complex world nobody should want to do everything on their own. Seek advice regarding important decisions to avoid being accused or poor judgement if things go wrong. Take advantage of accountants, lawyers, bankers, doctors you trust, and trusted friends and family members to help you make important decisions in life. 13) Illegal, risky, and excessive sexual activities-Well, let’s face it sex can be dangerous and in this era of AIDs an awareness of this matter is causing anxieties and so be careful about sex. Do not knowingly engage in illegal sexual activities ever. Who needs it and it is not worth the risk. It really is nicer to take a swim or a walk than end up in handcuffs and jail due to illegal sexual activities. The one short moment of excitement from knowingly engaging in illegal sexual activities could cost you a lifetime of pain and suffering in the hands of the criminal justice system. And nobody should ever be interested in risky sex even with your own husband or wife. If you are not interested in conceiving children at any given time than simply use birth control. And never let down your guard about venereal disease risks. It only takes a moment to get hit with a lethal dose of AIDs. As for excessive sex, well this is a relative term so just try to use your common sense and be careful about not overdoing things. 14) Excessive gambling-It is suggested you simply do not gamble too much if at all and never gamble with anymore money than you can afford to lose. 15) Flying excessively-It is suggested that you simply keep an eye on your finances and do not fly more than you and your family can afford to fly. 16) Credit card fraud schemes and writing bad bank checks-This is actually criminal activity in the area of felonies and so unless you want to end up in jail avoid all such activities your entire life. 17) Frivolous business deals-Nobody wants to be taken down in business scams and so simply commit yourself to a life of honesty and ethical conduct in all matters dealing with money or you will not only end up being told you must be crazy and a criminal, you will also be hated with a passion by people who you conned out of their money. 18) Chronic lieing-Well it is simply a good idea not to lie about important matters in life to anyone. Doing so will never help you out in the long run. It is of course possible that some highly unethical and greedy psychiatrists will misdiagnose you with bipolar disorder even if you follow these suggestions. And although it is hard to completely beat the catastrophic effects of such a misdiagnosis by the psychiatrists you will have a better chance of being believed by family and friends and of getting their help and the help of other people in society if you take these suggestions.
